Lovely annex at the end of the garden, very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds .the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide lightweight bedding as the temperature was in the 30's, set up the sofa bed for us and provided a fan. We had a small DIY breakfast provided, with achoice of toast, cereal or croissants, tea and coffee in the cupboards along with a selection of jams. What a great little venue.

I stayed here during my business trip to London.The location has convenient transport links to London and easy access to local amenities. I was warmly welcomed and my checking in went smoothly. The style of the ensuite was modern, clean and comfortable. Necessities such as coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and toiletries were provided, as well as high speed internet and flat screen TV. After a long day I could unwind, relax and rest for the evening. This property also has a garden if you wished to spend time outside. Checking out was as smooth as my checking in. I left the property with an intention to return on my next business trip. The accommodation and hospitable service , exceeded my expectation on all levels. Highly recommended !!!

This a really nice, specious room - Nice big beds, a full kitchen and clean shower and toilet room. It is about 7 minutes drive from the airport, and the owner connected us with a driver who took us to the room and from it to the airport, in a very reasonable price. Highly recommended as a place to stay nearby Luton airport!
