1000% recommend! It was a lovely stay at the apartment with my children and sister. The apartment was spectacularly clean and cosy. We loved having movie nights that’s how cosy it felt. We didn’t want to leave. Sadly we could have booked for more days. Service and landlord are very friendly. Collection to keys was easy and simple. I will be booking again soon x

Property is so clean and fresh it has everything and so up-to date with gadgets and decor is amazing! For security reasons he has up to date modern camera outside door which is good! And host is so hands on gave me a full walk around apartment and showed me where we can park securely!

when I arrived at the bungalow of 147 i opened the door and the house was lovely warm and cosy you could feel it was going to be perfect, and it was, the house was super clean and fresh, everything that you would want for your stay was in the house, the host herself is lovely and very responsive to anything that you might want to ask. so yes I will be booking 147 again.     Location was semi-difficult to find, but the host provided helpful instructions. Parking was very easy and convenient, as was access to the property/flat. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and seasonally decorated (including a lovely Reindeer). The facilities were excellent, with modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, alongside a great open plan living space. Overall, I would highly recommend, and shall return here next time I am back in Solihull. Thank you for a lovely stay.
