It's a beautifully refurbished 2 bed apartment overlooking the sea. It's very spacious and after finishing the Great North Run, I was so glad it was within walking distance from the finish line. The whole apartment is bright and comfortable, with a fab bathroom and lovely new kitchen with a big bay window in the sitting/living room. The pictures you see on the booking website are accurate, and not taken at angles to make rooms appear bigger like some do. Also The view of the sunrise in the morning across the sea was stunning.

We loved how it was 3 lovely Bedrooms on top floor with a shower/toilet, lower floor was lovely big kitchen with everything needed and use of washing machine, sitting room was big with loads room, games for kids to play, good choice books to read for Adults and TV working with you tube etc

The apartment was homely and very spacious and very clean. I went with my 11 year old daughter and her friend. We had an amazing time. The girls had the bedroom and I chilled on an evening in the lounge with a few glasses of vino enjoying some mommy time after days on the beach! Will definitely recommend and come again. The owner is amazing and very helpful. Xxx

This was my second time staying at the property, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The place is lovely—clean, comfortable, and very peaceful, which made for a really relaxing stay. It’s located in a nice quiet area, perfect for unwinding. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay.

The property was stunning 🤩 Lots of original features and decorated to a high standard. The location was superb! Close to the beach, park and shops, we didn't use the car once on our 3-night stay. The hosts were fantastic and really welcoming. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit this lovely area that is packed with things to do for all ages.

Good location.Wasn’t sure on arrival as entrance was round the back where there were several bins.Parking space if needed.Once inside it was lovely. Clean,comfortable,warm ,and plenty of room.Host was very helpful over the phone. Will certainly go back.👍

    Self catering. Very suitable location for the purpose of visiting family and participating as a spectator at local parade/ floats/fancy dress. Bing able to park outside apartment was a bonus too as it was free parking, however the lane was full of rubbish and bins full and overflowing ( understand there is a bin men strike)
