Spacious apartment. Everything I needed, incuding a wide enough counter to write at. Emma responded quickly to any query. It was very nice to have a human to deal with and not just a lockbox and messages. It was quiet, very clean, great shower and lots of busses nearby. Might be an idea to add bus timetables or a map to bus stops for ease of travelling - once I got the hang of the, they were a great way to get around.

The room was fairly large, with a large comfortable bed. There wasn't a desk in the room, but there was a chair and also a small chest of drawers, which could be used as a desk, if required. The property itself was also in a reasonably good location as well, fairly close to Stoke On Trent train station as well.

We went for a couple of days to Alton Towers and stopped here overnight between the two days. Good location for doing this. Polite family who let me use their family kitchen for drying my towels. Nice clean house and bedroom. I parked my car out front. I will go again in the future.

    Lovely staff and the bar/rest next door is really fun and also has lovely staff. No problem with parking and location was good for us and why we needed to be in Stoke on Trent. Spode museum/shop on same site but unfortunately we didn't have time to visit. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms and showers good. Hairdryer and iron as well! Little kitchen had enough for self catering a short stay, which was perfect for us.

    Cosy, comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. Very powerful shower and good WiFi. Short walk from Stoke Station and close to shops for Stoke specialities London Road Oatcakes and Wright's pies. Sandra (manager) was very helpful and self-check in was straightforward.

    Lovely room, well equipped for a short stay with self catering facilities. tea/coffee provided and tea towel, sponge and liquid for washing up any dishes used. Lovely shower, hot and powerful and room was warm enough. Would stay again if in the area.

    Nice little studio apartment with a microwave and stove as well as a table to eat at. Shower was modern and worked very well. Comfortable bed, though a little smaller than a standard double. TV, heater, and kitchen appliances are all good quality and seem new. Plenty of living space for a good price
