Everything was wonderful. The apartment is new, clean, and stylish. There’s a beautiful view of the pool. It's huge, well-kept complex with many bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

We were the first guests to stay for 1 night during our short trip to Batumi for friend’s wedding. We were looking for a peaceful gateway in green mountains after a hot Dubai summer. There were no reviews available as the villas just went out for rent a few months ago, so we were a bit worried but decided to give it a try anyway.  And we got a very pleasant experience we were looking for. There are two houses on the top of the hill with great views overlooking the sea and surrounded by mandarin trees. Very nice place to unwind and de-stress.   Villas are fully equipped for short and long-term stay, there is a parking lot and bbq pit in each villa. The host and his family were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We didn't bring much provision with us as we stayed for only one night, but the host shared tea and honey with us and we had a nice tea break on the porch in the evening. A note for travellers: the place is located a bit remotely from the main road, so it is better to make sure you bring provision with you as there is no place for quick grocery shopping around. Also, do check the route carefully if you are driving there as the place is a bit off track and google does not show proper routes. We got lost on the way, but the host picked us up on the main road and guided up to the hill.

It was very cozy and "homie" stay. We were together with my mom, not in a "high season", and the feeling was like we are visiting grandma's countryhouse 💙 Sonia is very hospitable and nice, the breakfasts were different everyday, and actually they were so big, that it was enough both for breakfast and lunch. The apartment has everything you might need for the long vacations — comfortable bathroom, kitchen, living room apart from bedrooms, terrace and so on, and also (that was important for me, as I had to do some work) — very good wi-fi connection. The sea is jn around 20 mins walking. The bus stop to get to Batumi, for instance — 5 mins walking. We were going to Batumi quite often and it was not an exhausting route, 20-30 mins riding.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

    The Dreamland Oasis in chakvi, in general, is a unique place in Georgia where there is everything in one gated space for perfect family vacation. This place has numerous and various types of swimming pools, restaurants with Georgian and European cuisine, bars, water park, sea shore with bar service, etc. The apartment itself was super clean and spacious. The host was very nice, accommodating and excellent at communication.

    Wonderful apartments! Clean, kitchen, shower. There is everything you need. The clear sea is 5 minutes away, there are few people. Nearby are shops and a bus stop to Batumi. Large private space. The hosts are very kind, like home. I really enjoyed living in this place.

    Very good apartment with separate bedroom, comfortable bed for 2 persons, sofa, 2 televisions and it was clean. Great balcony with sea, mountain and batumi city view. Staff is very helpful, they helped us during check in they can help you with luggage transportation. Good restaurants outside and you have everything in the resort area. Very friendly and careful host.

    Our stay at this apartment was wonderful! The location couldn't be better, nestled near the sea and the beautiful botanical garden. It was a perfect blend of nature and relaxation. The apartment itself is cozy and well-furnished. The bed was incredibly soft, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. We were thrilled to find beach utilities included, such as an umbrella, sun loungers, and swimming gear - everything you need for a beach day. I highly recommend this place!

    Excellent location. The best place I could find on the Black Sea in Georgia. Clean, comfortable: 5 star studio apartment with amazing view from the balcony!
