The place is spacious, new, with nice terrace and amazing host! There is everything what is needed and if there isn’t - the host will bring it. We even got home made kchachapuri and a cake! Tje heart of the city is in walkable distance, and you can park a car just next to the cottage.

We were made very welcome on arrival by the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. Cooking and bathroom facilities were very good. The apartment had a new washing machine which was very useful at this stage of our trip. All in all highly recommended for a stay in Mestia.

Great new apartments with everything you need for comfortable living! Very close to the center of Mestia and all the restaurants. The host was very kind and polite. We came to Svaneti on winter but it was warm inside. The bed was also very comfortable.

My stay at Mestia Apartments was super comfortable. This acommodation is brand-new and it has everything starting from a fully equipped kitchen, simply yet tastefully designed interior and great views of Svan Towers and the mountains. Pretty close to the center of town (not more than 10 min walk) and to the trailheads of hiking routes. There is also a sauna downstairs so after a long drive from Tbilisi I could finally relax. Moreover, hosts are so friendly and helpful it made me immediately feel at home. Planning to return for a longer stay in winter

The cottage was very clean and brand new. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view was amazing, and the location was excellent – very close to Mestia. The road to the cottage was also in great condition. Our host was an exceptionally kind person who helped us with everything. Huge thanks to Mr. Zurab for making our stay so enjoyable!

This place had everything we needed, even the view on the svan tower from the bedroom :) It was warm in winter, with equipped kitchen and washing machine, and fireplace to enjoy nights. The location is superb as it is just a few meters from the very center.

one of the best apartments i have stayed in mestia. coming back here for the second time. 10 minutes walk from the center. the owner was very nice and helpful. he brought us some wood so we could light the stove. it can be a bit chilly in winter but the stove and 3 heaters solve that problem the apartment has everything you need

    I like the property equipment, the location was not bad-not far from the center of town, near the apartment is restaurant with good food and suitable prices . the hostess Tamara was pleasant and immediately reacted to our requests.

    We stayed a family with two kids and had no problem walking the distance to the center, approx 20 min. Perfect with washing machine in the apartment! It was clean, cozy and we all enjoyed the stay and sleept very good. We stayed almost a week and had a good time!
