We had such an amazing stay at Eva’s Pavaroti. The most important thing about this place was our host Nini. She’s lovely person, very intelligent and fond of her business, we felt literally like our old friend is taking care of us ( Nini took us from the airport, explained everything, answered to our questions). The location of the apartment is absolutely magnificent, it’s placed in the heart of the old Tbilisi and very close to the center. Eva’s Pavaroti place has a lot of history, it’s actually built as a patio neighborhood with a beautiful detailing. The apartment itself is very clean, very stylish, we had everything for our stay with lot of extras(including home made wine). Thank you Nini! We already want to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable apartment, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was! First and foremost, the host's friendliness was truly remarkable. From the moment I contacted him, he made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. As for the apartment, it was tastefully furnished, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The view from the apartment was superb, providing a panoramic vista of Tbilisi. Another big plus was the location of the apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, style, and a welcoming host. The host couldn’t be more welcoming, and the location is absolutely perfect. The owner treats you more like a friend than a guest, making the stay feel truly special. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aparthotel near Orbeliani Market in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable, situated just steps away from the vibrant market and old town. This made exploring the city a breeze, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The recent renovation was evident from the moment I stepped in. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the modern design provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor showcased a thoughtful approach to guest comfort. The staff at the Aparthotel were truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were consistently polite, accommodating, and eager to assist with any queries or requests. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. What truly sets this Aparthotel apart is the range of facilities available.
