The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to charming local tavernas. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful terrace area and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.

It was great and comfortable accommodation. Although it is relative far from the city center and airport, you can use direct city bus N6 from the airport going through Heraklion center, the nearest stop is Hotel Castro (200 m from the house). The host was very friendly and helpful, any question by WhatsUp was replied in a few minutes. Keyas are stored in safe-box, you do not need carry about exact time of your arriving. The appartmant was clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi worked well, the kitchen was well-equipped with machines (oven, 2 coffee machines, 2 tosters, microwave). The nearest beach is 200 m from the house, you will find there cafe where customers get sunbeds for free. The great advantage is separate climat-control units in each of 3 rooms. It was real pleasure to find cold water and beer, but also some other things like olive oil, raki, sugar, coffee etc. - simply everything what you need. I'm really happy that I have chosen this accommodation for our visit to Crete and can highly recommand it.

This is a wonderful apartment. It's located on the second floor and offers beautiful views of the sea, the city/Heriaklion, and the mountains. You can stroll along the seafront, and in the evening, you can head into town, about a 20-minute walk away. The host, Mixalis, provided water and fruit. The figs, grown on his own plot, are an absolute delicacy. The apartment is well-equipped in both the kitchen and bathroom. Umbrellas and a beach mat are also provided. We plan to return next year.

In general the appartment was good. Big balcony, great view, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes the bus stations. The different markets are also available within the 5-10 minutes walk. The appartment was cleaned almost every day. Our kids enjoyed the water pool while we had time to relax on the sun beds around. The communication with the hosts was easy. There were missing some items in the kitchen but it was resolved within 5 minutes when I asked Giorgio for help. Soon it will require the renovation, but in my opnion it was good option for its price.

I had an amazing stay at Blue Boutique Apartments! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it super convenient for relaxing by the sea. What truly made my experience exceptional were the friendly people who run this place. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to assist with any requests made me feel right at home. The room was not only close to the beach but also impeccably clean and comfortable. It's evident that they take great care in maintaining the rooms. After a day of sun and sand, coming back to a clean and cozy room was just what I needed. I highly recommend Blue Boutique Apartments to anyone looking to stay in a beautiful apartment. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Really great spot in Ammoudara for people travelling alone, not with big tour operators. It is clean, near the sea, with beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was really great and with local products what I value a lot. Parking is big and there is no problem with it. Bus stop with buses to the Heraklion center is close, walking distance. Some good taverns are in this area as well. But the biggest value of the Troulis Apartments are people, the very friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. When coming back to Ammoudara, I will choose it again.

Very nice personal. They bring us atleast 3 times local sweet cakes. Every time we asked something they immediately deal with it. Rooms were clean and pretty freshly renovated. Very nice big balconi.

    The place is very close to the beach, literally 2 minutes. The owner is very nice, allowed us to stay in the apartment until the evening as we had a late flight. She also helped us understand the area and called a cab when we needed it. We are really very grateful to her.

    We arrived before the check-in time and were able to leave our things at the reception while we went to the beach. Once the room was ready, we were taken there by one of the lovely ladies at the reception and were suprised when we were told that we recieved an upgrade from a studio apartment to a big apartment with living room, a bigger kitchen and a huge balcony! When we left, we got recommendations from the hosts as well which was really lovely. All in all, everything was great and we will definietly be back for another stay here!

    Spacious, comfortable and airconditioned apartment located near a very nice beach. The host and management team are very nice and approachable people. There is a bus stop nearby (bus ride from the airport took about 40 minutes to get there) and also several car rentals nearby so you can get around the island easily (about 15 min drive to the city center of Heraklion). The neighborhood is not so busy, but within a 10 min walk you can get to a more populous area.

    It's a very nice apartment. The beach is near the flat. The flat is very clean and in the apartment was everything what we wanted. The apartment owner was very helpful and met us with traditional greak sweets. The supermarkets , pharmacy and caffes are near the apartment.
