Everything was accessible and easy: getting the keys early, the apartment explanations which weren't long, and good air conditioning. There was also a sun balcony with a sea view. It's a 150-meter walk to a pleasant sandy beach with chairs and a bar, there's a nearby supermarket, and a neighborhood cafe downstairs. An excellent place for a small family, a couple, or individuals to start their morning at the beach and go on excursions, or even to be a digital nomad.

The apartment is deal for a couple, comfortable, modern and well equipped. We used well the spacious bathroom, preparing tasty meals in the functional kitchen, enjoyed cosy leaving room. Beach and all the facilities are very near, with walking distance to the cafes and all other threasures of Anavyssos bay. Parked in front of the building.

The owner was super helpful and friendly.. The place was very clean and comfortable and had a cute little balcony with table and chairs to eat or relax. My favorite place to be early morning. It was centrally located so we did sightseeing in both directions. The beach was a short distance away which we enjoyed in the evenings along with a beautiful sunset.

    This place was really nice! The views from the balconies were outstanding, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Dimitris was very friendly and accessible, always available to answer questions and offering to take me to the grocery since I didn’t have a car. There were lots of nice restaurants (I mostly went to Palaia Fokaia) and beaches nearby.
