We had a fantastic two-week stay in the one bed house at The Seasons of Nickolas. Akis, the host, is incredibly welcoming and generous. He made us feel very at home and was there to help with anything we could need. The accommodation is a perfect size for a couple and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen is well equipped and the shaded outside patio is a great place to eat and spend evenings relaxing, with a lovely view of the mountains. The house is a few minutes' walk from the seaside town Aggia Effimia, which has lots of restaurants to eat in or have a drink. There are also two bakeries and a few convenience stores, which is perfect to have on your doorstep. The location is also perfect for exploring the island and within easy reach of other towns, beaches and other sites to explore. However, you will need a car to easily travel around the island. The accommodation is exactly as described and we would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We had a fantastic stay and really didn't want to leave!

Lovely apartment with great views across the harbour. Sami is a perfect location for accessing the rest of the island. There are several good restaurants - we can recommend Tereza, Deco and Il Familia in particular. We are hikers and the island has lots of trails with fantastic views over hills, valleys and the sea; an abundance of wildflower meadows was a major bonus. Try the small maritime museum just outside Sami : the owner has built a fantastic collection of replica boats of the past 3000 years.

First of all, I personally haven't seen such a polite and king person as a host in Greece, Maera is a wonderful person and very communicative and helpful (about our stay and etc..) and she even bought us gifts to remember Kefalonia and also a bottle of wine. About the apartment it was very CLEAN, everything was new and comfortable especially the bedroom, also they cleaned our apartment every day, and every other day they changed the towels. The location is also very good, close to Sami about minutes by car and 5 minutes by walk, there is also a good private parking place which is very important. Everything was 10/10 and I will definitely coming back again!

The apartment was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. We were met in person, there was beer and water, and yoghurts in the fridge plus a local gift. The flat was spotless and had everything you need including tea coffee and toiletries - also air conditioning and a great shower. We had great comms with good restaurant recommendations and directions. We were so happy with our stay - and loved the beautiful mug given by the host on our departure. Very sweet

Centrally located in the heart of the island, it is a perfect base to explore the island. The north of the island (myrtos, asos and fiscardo)is easily accessible from the Appartment The appartment has everything that you need during a stay. The owner and his father were super helpful. We even had some yogurt and refreshments in the fridge that we could enjoy on the beautiful terrace.

    Cozy and clean apartment! The host even provided a bottle of wine and water that already waited in the fridge for us, super friendly. Only the bathroom is pretty small, but that is also shown in the pictures. I recommend the studio for a short stay! :)

    Good location. We have stayed in Agia Effima last year and came back again in June for 3 nights. It’s a very chilled area and this complex is walking distance to the harbour and restaurants. We stayed in the seaview apartment 24. It was a lovely spacious modern apartment overlooking the pool and had two balconies, the main one getting the sun all day. We enjoyed getting to know lovely Lisa who worked in the pool bar, who was a lovely young lady with a great personality.

    We spent two wonderful days at Sea Side Studios. Suitable for short stays. Clean apartment, new crockery, beautiful view. In reality, the apartment is bigger than on the photo. It was very nice for us to cool the apartment before arrival.

    The view was good from the front of the studio with a table and chairs for breakfast and an evening meal. Well located about forty metres from a cafe/bar that serves good coffee overlooking the harbour. The studio had every thing we needed for a four night stay with a reasonably well equipped kitchen if cooking had been our thing. The management are discreet but helpful. It is well located for the two small beaches in town with plenty of on road parking if the space next to the apartment is full.

    The apartment is very nicely located in the small village of agia effimia, very close to many of the most famous beaches of Kefalonia. The flat is spacious and fully equipped with all you need during a holiday. It is cosy and clean. Katerina is a super-nice host.

    Each studio apartment was spacious and extremely clean. They were well furnished and the view from all balconies was beautiful. Makis (the owner) was extremely helpful at all times, even giving us a lift to a couple of places and letting one of our group borrow his laptop when their phone broke! He went above and beyond what we expected and the property was lovely too!
