View from balcony is amazing. Balcony is huge it has over 40 square meters. Apartment was clean and spacious. Place is small and quite and there is very nice beach and few good taverns.

This house has four major strengths: 1. Location – Ideally located near all the attractions, yet quiet and peaceful among olive trees. Waking up here is nothing like waking up in busy Monemvasia, with tourists walking right outside your window. 2. Comfort – Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The beds, the two huge bathrooms, the cozy living room, the well-equipped kitchen – everything was just perfect. 3. Hospitality – The warm welcome and personal attention were beyond words. It felt so homey, and we were even allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. 4. Value for Money – Just 15 minutes from Monemvasia, instead of a tiny space fit for hobbits, you get a spacious and comfortable full house. This is the best review I ever wrote ❤️

Lots of Space for our family, away from the crowds but easy drive to Monemvasia (about 15min), Plytra, and day trips to Elafonisso simos beach, Kastani caves and many more… easy parking at property excellent cooking facilities with everything you need plus a whole lot of extras. Supermarket across the road, bakery next door and a restaurant easy walking distance. Paul was an exceptional host getting the wifi sorted for our family before our arrival (so grateful) and his parents who looked after us like family. Would stay again.

    The apartment is located in Elaia Lakonias at a very nice spot, close to Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Gytheio which can be reached in about half an hour by car. The whole building is located just in front of sea. We were given the 1st floor apartment, which is quite new and modern and which has a nice terrace from where sea view is excellent. Owners were leaving at the next apartment and were quite polite and ready to assist with anything needed.

    The overall apartment was excellent compared to other bookings in Greece that I have experienced. It is well worth staying at, especially if you have a lot of people you want to accommodate under one roof.
