My stay was exceptional thanks to the warm welcome and the owner's willingness to help in every way. Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. Starting with the most generous host, Luca. Who was available from the beginning, answered every question and waited for us at the arrival. The apartment was completely equipped with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, close to the ocean, to bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, you can walk almost everywhere from the apartment and Wolt application is available for delivery to the apartment. We cannot thank Luca enough for making our stay a dream, with an amazing treatment and an amazing apartment. Five stars!

Absolutely an excellent stay. Very close to the center, newly and tastefully furnished. The apartment has got all the necessary amenities; a kitchen, a fridge, all the required utensils, an air frehener, a TV set and an AC. The place was spotlessly clean. However, the best thing about the place is the host, Irini. She is a great host. She would gladly provide anything the guests need. My personal kudos to her. I would highly recommend this place on the island, Chios.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped studio with a seaview that is accessible from Chios Town by frequent enough buses. Good sandy beach and cafes/restaurants nearby. Given all these positives, there's still one more important positive: the owner, George, who was so welcoming. George was a prompt communicator and offered suggestions to enhance our trip. He also gave us several local or homemade treats, which was very kind!

    First of all our host. She helped us with everything. We forgot to add our child as guest but she immediately prepared an extra bed for him. The flat was well equipped, even she thought about salt pepper, washer detergent etc. She welcomed us with ice cream and some other Greek food. There was also feta cheese, olive, wine, ayran, water,juice,tomatoes, cucumber etc in the fridge. We Loved every detail and felt like home. Definitely suggest for families mostly.
