We enjoyed our stay at Pauline's guesthouse. The location is perfect, closed to the tourist area but in a quiet street, and only 5 minutes walking from the Ktel bus stop (from/to the airport), very convenient. Do not miss the breaksfast in the courtyard. Pauline is very friendly. We recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

I had a great stay here. The place was clean, quiet, and very peaceful. The host was thoughtful enough to put fresh fruit in the fridge, and even had some crackers ready for us,perfect for a little snack if we felt hungry. The apartment is also very close to the city center, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommended!

    Apartments are very close to main port and the city center. You can easily reach to most famous/historical places from the flat. Also flat was very clean and nice, enough big for two people, bathroom was very clean and well organized, u can find anything what u need in the kitchen. Best part was THE PETROS :) very nice and kind owner, easy to comminucate, try to solve any kind of problem with u that u have. Also has nice advices for eating, drinking, travelling :)

    The apartments are new, very clean and in a great location overlooking the sea. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and harbour but there are plenty of good restaurants a stone's throw away too. Marina and all the staff we met there were so helpful and friendly, her restaurant recommendations were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Orpheus Studios
