Amazing brand new hotel with friendly staff. The location is great as you have a very nice view of the sea. 150 metres away there is a bakery and a tavern with probably the best food in the area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable

It was a privilege to be the first guests and the first of many to give Konstantino's a 10 rating. We were met by Maria who as well as being most helpful was very generous with the fridge stocked with water and beer and the BEST welcome hamper! Being so hot outside the two built in air conditioners were fantastic. Great stay, thank you.

All was perfect: the studio is in a perfect location to reach Malvasia in few minutes by car. The owner was very kind, she offered us an homemade sweet as we arrived. The flat was clean and fournished. Nice view from the private terrace. Free private parking close to the flat.

Gregory's House is the best place in all pelopones. Very nice and safe place, very good rooms, very good brekfast, very clean and many many more good things. People, who take care on this place are the best, lovely, amazing and very helpfull. The beach is two minutes by steps from house. If You take a car, You can go to many beautifull places next to the Xifias, like Monemwasia, Plitra Kastania caves, Elafonisos island (one of the best in the Europe) and many more. We must back here quickly :)

    Probably the best rental flat experience of my life so far. The fiat was perfect for the price I have paid. Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, with a panoramic view, the nicest host I ever met, a nice view, black out curtains, wonderful bed and pillows and an amazing breakfast! Wow, wow and wow again. Fotini went far beyond and provided secret tips and a very useful sun umbrella. I might go back one day and I already know where to stay. I am a host too and I felt overwhelmed with such kindness and attention to the details. Bravo!
