Very nice & cosy apartment, with a big and nice terrace. Apartment wasvery clean and the kitchen equipped with everythig you need, includimg a coffee machine. It is very close to the beach, 3-5 min walking distance, and there are two beaches perfect for kids.

The location is perfect and the view is probably the best you can find in Palio. Apartment is very bright and spacious. Christos who gave us the key is an absolute star, he made us feel at home right away. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

- Location is perfect (beachfront, market and pharmacy are near, tavernas with quality food and service) - Comfortable well-equipped apartment. You have absolutely everything. - The host is very kind and good man. He did the best for our early check-in and was always available via viber, phone, booking conversation. Appreciate the host's efforts to organise cleaning service and to provide us the apartment on time on which i have requested arriving. - Bottle of wine and dessert were a really nice compliment 😋

We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment by the sea. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and something we all enjoyed every day. The private beach, just a short 5–6 minute walk away, was calm and peaceful – perfect for relaxing together without any crowds. Having private parking was also a big plus and made our stay much more convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family, and we would love to come back!

Located close to a beautiful beach, the Evaliana Seaside Apartment is a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. One of the best things about the apartment is its location. You're just a short walk away from the beach, which is absolutely stunning. There are plenty of opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the beautiful views. In addition to the beach, there are also plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Whether you're in the mood for seafood or something else entirely, you're sure to find something to suit your tastes. Finally, there's also a small supermarket nearby, which is convenient for picking up essentials and snacks. Overall, I would highly recommend the Evaliana Seaside Apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation by the beach.

We had a lovely vacation at this property and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was there to welcome us very worm with nice treats and very nice surprises that you usually not get when booking properties. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who like to cook and that was a big plus. The apartment was nicely decorated and with a very personal feel and also, it was perfect clean with all that you need for a vacation at the sea, everything was in very good condition. Towels were also changed and we thank the host for that. The garden is so nice and all the plants were so carefully cared for and loved, that accompanied by the beautiful sea view made staying and dining outside a delight. Evenings were nice and quiet and we slept like babies :) We also thank for the board games, we spent some nice time playing chess! In few words, everything was perfect and I am sure others will feel the same if they book this apartment! We will return for sure, when we come again to Kavala! We wish the host the best and we thank her for such attention to details that made our stay so nice and comfy. Adrian & Cristina

Everything was the same as it is written on booking.com . House of owner was so kind, helpfull. The room decoration was nice. Coffee,netflix, welcome serving at roof bar, lady at reception everything was great. We strongly suggest this place to all families. The thing makes different for this place is they think all the details before you think.

    Maria was a very kind host. The apartment was very close to beaches, restaurants, etc. It was just like it was shown in the photos with some extras such as hygiene products, coffees, a stable Wi-Fi, as well as the kurabiyes as a gift from Maria. The basic amenities for cooking were available. I will very likely come back again.

    Great New Penthouse, Great Views! The location is in the Porto Palio, closely to a secluded small beach; however, in the proximity (1-2 km) you have all the main beaches from Porto Palio and Nea Iraklitsa, and local restaurants-markets (including LIDL). The apartment is fully equipped and modern decorated; terraces with sitting area, grill, swing, and amazing views!

    The self catering apartment was clean and equipped with what we required, if we needed anything we knew we could contacted the property owner, who was very pleasant upon our arrival. The welcome cake was a very nice thought and enjoyed. Thank you.
