From the very first moments, we knew this was going to be a special place. The apartment was absolutely wonderful, and the view was truly breathtaking. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with great attention to detail, and the service was incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to the gentleman Robert who assisted us during check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed at ifestos villa for 4 nights and it was perfect. It was our first time travelling our 4month old baby and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect t for our stay. The travel cot was already set up for us in our room, everything was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with essentials. The villa is owned and managed by a fantastic family, 2nd generation, and they very warm and welcoming. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk into feira, a 5/10min walk to a large supermarket, and you avoid the busy traffic on the roads into feira. A lovely 24hr bakery is located nearby too which is very popular. Also amazing sunrise and sunsets from the apartment balcony.

Katerina was great, she made us feel very welcome and when I was checking in she provided lots of information on good places to eat, where the local supermarket was and things to do. The pool was a lovely addition too. Rooms were basic but clean and what we needed, as we just needed somewhere to put our heads down after being out all day.

To begin with, the communication with the hosts were very clear and prompt. Poppi responded to all my queries. The hotel arranges for pick up from the port at a reasonable price of 20 euro for two persons. On check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile and some great coffee. Necterios was kind enough to guide us through the must do locations and how to cover Santorini in a time bound manner. They have their own bus tour as well which we could not do since we had a pre booked tour - but the spots the hotel covers is similar to what other tour operators provide. In fact the tour of the hotel is more cost effective. Coming to the room, it was as it was depicted - pick and span and neat and clean. The size of the room was decent with a clean washroom. The room was cleaned everyday as well. The location is right at the Fira centre with markets, shops and bus stations all at a walking distance of 2 minutes. In fact, the most important benefit of this place is it's location which makes commute easy. They also arranged for an early morning drop to the Airport. All in all, a recommended place for a good stay at Fira at a reasonable price.

First and foremost, I want to thank the staff, who made us feel not like we were in a hotel, but at home! We were upgraded to a higher-standard room, but I also had a chance to peek into the other rooms, and all of them are very well-equipped. Our room was on the first floor, which mesnt we had to go downstairs to access the pool, but since it was late October, we didn’t use in that much. The room had a balcony with a view of the pool, trees and little cozy parking, which I really loved. Our room was essentially a small apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, toaster, dishes, kettle, cutlery and a wine opener), and a bathroom. It was fantastic setup for me as I was travelling with a baby and a teenage daughter. For my baby they provided a crib, and there was a baby chair in the breakfast too. Breakfast were delicious, served buffet-style, but the kitchen lovely lady always made special french toast for us. The location is excellent, close to scenic viewpoints and the main tourist areas yet slightly if the beaten path, which provides more tranquility. It’s also conveniently near a shoo, pharmacy and bus station.

It was a great experience that is worth repeating. Irini, Penny and the staff made our stay very relaxing. Everything is super clean. Pool area is great. Breakfast is delicious. It's only 10 mins walking to Oia center. Right next to the villa you can find a great restaurant if you like live greek music and traditional food and white wine - Santorini Mou. Irini and Penny helped us with transfers and booking boat trips and gave us very useful information about places to visit on the island. Thank you
