Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"

Excellent apartment with everything you need. The mattresses were the most comfortable I ever slept on while on holiday. The host is very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, including by providing us with water bottles, coffee, shampoo, shower gel etc. The place is cleaned very well everyday. The internet is fast and works perfectly. There are three Android tvs with Netflix, Prime etc. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in.

Lovely, well designed and furnished apartment with nice, large, shaded terrace close to the Skiathos town. Apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is about 15 minutes walking distance to old Skiathos town and apart from occasional jet engine noise from airplanes taking off from the nearby airport, it is really quiet. (you will be on the beach anyway during the day and planes don't land or takeoff after 10pm)

Villa Krini is in a very peaceful location, away from the noise of the city, but still not far away from the center. We were welcomed with homemade wine and fruits. Scooter rental is next door. The view from the bacony is very nice and the beds are comfortable.

They are very kind and attentive. They do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. When we arrived, they came to meet us at the airport. A chilled drink was waiting for us. The apartment is well-equipped, modern, and new. It's quiet and close to the old town and the bus stop. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

    Excellent location, very cosy and modern apartment with all you need. In the city center, basically almost on the main street, but very quiet. Near to the apartment are the new and old ports, bus stations, all bars and restaurants. The host Christina is so polite and cooperative - we received all needed information on how to get to the apartment and any other questions we had. We were there for a week and in the middle of the stay she came to refresh the apartment. Highly recommend 👌

    Its location was close to the main area of town but very quiet. The apartment was plenty big enough and the balcony outside was a bonus. The aircon worked well in 30 degrees. We didn’t realise as a self catering apartment the rooms would be serviced so that was really nice.

    We stayed here in the studio for a week and it was great. Natasa is such a great hostess. My partner is gluten intolerant and a gluten free cake plus fruit water and a bottle of wine in the fridge awaited us on arrival. The capsule coffee machine was restocked every day and bed linen / towels are changed when you want. The quality of the apartment finishing was also great. It was spotless and good quality.

    Extremely well equipped with everything you could need, even chocolate, water and biscuits on arrival. Excellent location 10 mins walk from town and pretty flat all the way. Cleaned , bedding and towels changed daily. Hot water and air conditioning excellent too. Owners are lovely and always happy to help. The apartment with living area was very spacious.

    This is a lovely and modern apartment near to the center, but still really quiet. Georgia is a lovely lady, she helped us if we needed. Nice cafes nearby, we had an excellent brunch 2 minutes from the apartment. Bus station is really close too. We heartly recommend it to everyone.
