The air con in the living room worked really well, which is a must for summer time in Crete! The fan in the bedroom kept it cool enough for sleeping. Manos was an excellent host - always reachable and very friendly. The beach is a 15-minute walk down a steep winding hill. Plenty of parking, but rental cars do seem to struggle slightly up that steep hill! The building has a washing machine and a barbecue area. The owners are very attentive and nice people.
