The room was clean and nicely scented. Everything I needed, from the directions to find the facility to the rules of stay, i was informed prior to the arrival and within the facility. As for anything else, the owner answered within reasonable time span. The location is 5 minutes from the city center and the old city district. For our next stay, I will definitely consider to stay here again.

Great cozy place on a ground floor. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedroom, a small place to work if you have to, Wi-Fi is very good. The host Dionysius is kind and helpful. We certainly felt welcomed when we arrived. Bottles of water were placed for us in a fridge, sweets, coffee, tea... Looks like the host really cares about details. Everything is very clean and designed to be pleasant to look at. The place is a very good spot for exploring the region. The sea is very close, different beaches are in half-hour drive. Nestos gorge is also nearby. You can go on a kayak trip on Nestos or just enjoy the river at the village Galani. When at Old Town in Ksanti, visit the House of Shadows. So good!

The apartment is totally new and was spotlessly clean. The location is great, and is only about a 5 minute walk from the old town. And best of all, the hostess is a lovely person. She greeted us personally, helped us with parking and walked us through everything about the apartment. We had a lovely stay. If we're ever in Xanthi again, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Everything was great. The apartment matches the pictures and has all the main things you may need. The balcony was fantastic!     The apartment was well set up with all you could need in a self catering traveller. The supermarket downstairs was fabulous. Close to restaurants, bars and coffee shops and easy walking. I found the owner particularly obliging as we arrived early. Air conditioning worked well and facilitated sleeping in the summer heat. We were able to get a street park in front of the apartment but there are paid car parks very close.

    Top specification and everything you need for a short stay in Xanthi. Cannot fault the apartment and the apartment is exactly like the pictures on Booking.com. Host was friendly and helpful. Complimentary water and a bottle of wine to welcome me and also free parking available. Definitely recommended.

    Location was fantastic- right in the Old Town. The apartment was really spacious. Great for a family of 4. The kids even got their own room. We really appreciated the free coffee and overall Niko was a great host. We found parking just outside the flat.
