The property was beautiful. It’s just a few steps from the beach! Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The building does not have an elevator- so just take note for older family members. The balcony was the real highlight of our stay with a beautiful rooftop view of the beach and surrounding mountains. It has a kitchen for cooking and a refrigerator for keeping food/drinks very cold. The pool on the rooftop was great for cooling off. The unit also has 2 washing machines which was great for keeping up with laundry and towels. Anything you could possibly need is in the apartment. Towels, laundry detergent, vacuum, broom, dishes, dishwasher soap, etc. You’ll only need to pack shower necessities! Be aware if you stay in the peak summer during a heatwave, you’ll experience a few power outages in the town of Srima- due to the high volume of people using AC. We experienced 5, the longest one lasting over an hour. I’d also like to point out that if you need internet for work- the WiFi is painfully slow. Overall- the place was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved this apartment!

Marina and her husband greeted us upon the arrival, they were very welcoming and helpful, just really lovely people. We only stayed one night but Marina made sure we are comfortable, had fresh lemonade made for us and brought us fritule (one of our favorite Croatian treats). It’s exactly as in photos. Apartment is steps away from the beach, short walk to town, beautiful views, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Bathroom is new, kitchen has everything you need, very nice and comfortable place! It was quiet at night, so you will get a good night sleep. Marina is a wonderful person, we definitely appreciate the little touches of hospitality and we will definitely be back next time we are in Vodice.

    Absolutely amazing holiday. The owners are very kind and helpful. Great location, just a few steps from the beach, which is not as crowded as the rest of Srima - Vodice, quiet at night. Nice sea view from the terrace. Plenty of space for parking. The apartment is very elegant, clean and comfortable. We didn't miss anything, there is a fully equipped kitchen + bottles of wine and water in the fridge as a welcome pack, plenty of towels. We enjoyed the pool and also the roof terrace with an amazing view.

    We stayed 5 nights in the apartment. Nicely decorated apartments, modern looking, recently renovated, so everything in the apartment is new and clean. They are equipped with everything you need, and the apartment also has a large terrace with a view of the sea. No noise. The beach is a 4-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Our recommendations.

    Srima is very nice town, not that much crowded in close proximility to Vodice. The apartment is 2min walk to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself is very cosy, very clean with big comfortable bed and terrace with sea view. Our host Maja was very nice and helpful, truly the right person on the right place. I recommend this apartment as well as Srima and of course Maja. Thank you! ❤️

    The apartment is clean and very comfortable, it met with all of our requirements. The location is quiet, no car traffic on the street. The kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are comfortable. we have rented the base floor with huge terrace, which is extremely comfortable. The host, Karolina is very helpful, responses almost immediately to every question or request. The beach is super close, about 200m and has plenty of space, shower, toilet, etc. All together this apartment worth it and I'm sure, we will come back later.

    Everything is fantastic! New clean apartments equipped with all necessary stuff. Big swimming pool with clean and fresh water, bbq area, playground for child, safety parking. Kind and friendly hosts and are always ready to help. Close to the sea: 2 minutes by feet to the beach. We really enjoy our stay here and highly recommend it to everyone! Waiting forward to return to B1villa as soon as possible:)
