Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful stay! If you’re planing on coming here just know that there are no taxis/ uber on the island so you have to take a bus or a sort of private taxi, you can ask the host she’ll tell you everything you need to know ! Thank you again for letting us check out later.

The host was exceptional. She was able to advise us of alternatives when our catamaran was cancelled due to weather. She also met us at the bus stop and guided us to the apartment. The apartment was beautiful.

The place was clean, nice and fit to us perfectly. It had all the amenities needed, thus it was easy to live in and feel like home. We could use bikes and sups free of charge, the hosts were very pleasant and helpful in all the cases. The beach is few minutes away, very nice, not too big, but it has shower, changing booth and the water as well 🙂 Nearest grocery shop is few meters from the place, we found there most of the things we needed, but it is quite small, so if you need for example vegetable milk, you should buy it before. I would like to come back there and stay there longer and would recommend this place as the one of the best places I have ever stayed at before.

Lovely attention to detail with sustainable products to use which is rare. Brina and Milan are so welcoming and super helpful. We really didn't want to leave Sipan and eco apartments Kate has a very special place in our hearts.

We stayed 4 days with 2 kids. Apartment was very big with necessary equipments. Hosts were very friendly and nice, they helped us with almost everything. Island was quite and beautiful, there were times we swam in the sea as if in our private pool. Long story short, we enjoyed a lot and i can strongly recommend.

    A stunning apartment! We stayed in the smaller apartment I believe out of the two on offer. Amazing views from the open plan kitchen dining area. Big windows that open all the way. The outdoor was separate, covered in vines and surrounded by nature with exceptional views over the little port. A small convenient store downstairs was very handy!

    Our host Briana was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and decorated in a contemporary style. Everything you could need and extra in it . The location is fabulous, 1 minute to the sea and bar /restaurants.. a very special island and the best place to stay , our second time there in Kates apartment and can't wait to get back

    A really lovely apartment with spectacular views from the front balcony, plus a shady garden terrace. Very comfortable and great location. Only short walk to beach. The host is lovely.

    A lovely apartment in a lovely location. All very clean and comfortable. I admired the ideology of 'eco' and sustainability. The hostess and family helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Sipanska Luca on the little mini bus. Quiet and serene

    Very peaceful apartment near harbour and restaurants. Nice terrace with 100% privacy (entrance from the narrow gate outside the apartment). Good towels for swimming in the sea. Fortunately music from nearby restaurant did not reach this apartment. Excellent and quick advice and service via email.
