Before my stay i got a detailed list of everything I can expect before and during my stay including address, wifi password, where to find the keys and everything. Upon arrival we had a small request for extra bedsheets and within 30 min we had someone at the door who also helped us with the TV. We were given list of restaurants and places to eat The unit itself was cozy, clean and quiet and since there is a sofa bed we were able to sleep in 2 rooms Highly recommend this unit in case you want to travel in the area and what a quick route to all the attractions / nature areas

The bus accommodation is very well made, it have all the needed for a few nights stay. It have built in heating stove for cold nights. Air conditioning, kitchen, shower and toilet. The bus itself have 2 double beds, and 3 sofa single beds, the sofa beds are open to closed or storage cabinet. The bus have many windows, like normally bus have, accompanied with curtains they are very good. The location is isolated and you will have a small area with grass and trees, and external kitchen and sitting area, with BBQ area. The place have private parking and a fence. The host is very friendly and happy to assist in any question or situation. The location, is good, not far away from local market and main roads. The children extremely loved the Bus stay and the overall experience.

The place has everything you need (microwave, dishes, etc.). The terrace is spacious, and the view is amazing. The bedroom is roomy too, and the fireplace adds a cozy touch to the atmosphere. Very clean. There is a restaurant nearby where you can have a decent meal, as well as a market with local products. Salim asked several times on WhatsApp if everything was okay and if we needed anything.

Amazing new building with excellent room and facilities, relaxing vibes. Especially Mr Nadeem who had assisted us with plenty of an amazing customer service, met us on arrival and offer us plenty of time explaining the area around Majdal Shams and the most important part is that how clean is the room!.
