I have stayed in 1st floor 1 bed room apartment for 7days and this location is very quiet, calm and safe. it’s also very close to Rajagiri hospital (5 minutes walking distance). Apartment was very clean and tidy. Tefy who is the building owner take care of us and verry friendly, also he makes sure that we get everything we want. Everyday he call and ask if everythin is going well or not.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was really big and delicious food The appartement is very big clean nice room confortables bed, wifi works perfect, even a big kitchen if you want to cook, The place is really quiet close to the airport and just 3min walk from the metro I definitely recommend this place, The owner and the staff were professional very kind and really helpful, They drop us at the airport, give us good adress for restaurant close by, they even arrange us for a blackwater boat ride at kochi if you don't have time to go to allipey! We recommend this place 100% for anyone coming to kochi or leaving kochi!

The serene retreat was indeed quite serene and peaceful.! All the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the host was amazing and extremely helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.  Overall, it is a perfect place for a peaceful stay with amazing greenery.
