The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff member Vijay was very cooperative and courteous. When the streets were flooded up to waist high water level during the cyclone on 30 Nov, we were worried how to enter the apartment. However Vijay arranged alternate accommodation nearby and made sure our stay was comfortable.

This property looks exactly as shown in the photos. Newly constructed apartment. Host is very friendly and helpful and have maintained the property in great condition. Only Con is that property is in remote area. You will find it little hard to locate, but host will be there to guide you.

We stayed at Visalam Apartment for 2 nights and had the best experience. The place was good, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Very near to the airport, which was super convenient for us. Location was peaceful and ideal for stay. All amenities were provided just as described. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

The rooms are so nice, well maintained and clean. ACs seems new and the cooling was nice. Comfortable bed. Water heaters are of high quality, providing enough hot water with good water pressure. The caretaker is very nice gentleman, supportive and friendly. Private car parking is available inside the gate so safety for vehicle. Overall it is a very nice property.
