I really liked staying at this place, even though it was only for the evening. Owner is a great guy, very hospitable and met me with my vehicle which I could park within a short distance. I loved the style of the place, nice seating area indoors. Balcony to sit on too. Clean bathroom and everything was clean and felt well thought out. Good facilities. Coffee maker and there even some breakfast items and snacks left out. Felt like I was staying at the property of someone I knew which was a nice feeling when solo travelling, as the owner was friendly and easily contactable.

Perfect for a family with 4 kids. Everything was amazing, comfortable and warm apartment. Kitchen was stocked with food and even a warm pizza on arrival. We booked 30 minutes before arriving so no time for the typical cake...maybe next time. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The apartment was excellent, just a few steps from the Piazza Grande. Very good bathrooms, comfortable beds and spotless. Andrea gave clear pre-arrival instructions and advised on places to eat, sights to visit. She was in communication throughout. She left a set of House Rules in English and Italian, very helpful. I certainly recommend Casa Mafalda very highly.

    Lovely modern apartment in a perfect central location. Everything was nice quality and the bathroom was spacious and felt very new. It's a small space and probably not the type of apartment I'd choose for a longer stay as I'd prefer more space/facilties, but it was perfect for a short trip when you're out and about but want somewhere nice to come back to.

Located in the historic centre of the city, within walking distance of Arezzo’s spectacular attractions, and great restaurants.     The family who own this apartment were so helpful and made our stay memorable. They are from Arezzo and shared their knowledge generously. The apartment is in a great location, very clean, in an ancient building and is all you need for a short stay. We stayed for three nights.
