I traveled and stayed here recently with my family, at the entrance we were met with Giuseppe who was the most amazing host ever. The room was beautiful, comfy and spacious. The view was amazing. The history of the place is spectacular. Giuseppe was an excellent host, he met us every morning for breakfast with a smile. The breakfast options were amazing and there was something there for everyone. We absolutely loved our visit, and we will definitely be returning soon. The location is amazing, there is so much to see in the Umbrian hills and the food is just deliziosa specially the tartufo. Cannot recommend this location enough. A pleasant surprise. The accommodation is in the centre of a little beautiful town, just near the "castle". heating was on, and the 2 bedroom apartment was really comfortable. The view was also amazing from the bedroom window.

The house was very clean & comfortable. My husband and I travelled there by car with our cat & our dog! We stayed for Christmas week & it was the perfect self catering holiday cottage, we hiked in new locations each day & relaxed with home cooking every evening. The host, Simona was very kind & she even delivered wood & showed us how to operate the heating! Hiking highlights Marmore waterfalls, Rieti centre of Italy & Narni geographical centre of Italy! The cottage is a great base for a week of exploring

The host is great, he even left us a discount voucher for the waterfall visit in the keybox. You can walk to the waterfall entrance (5 minutes). He allowed us to keep the car at the property while we visited the waterfalls.

    What a gem of a place to stay in Arrone. Our host, Susanna, made us feel at home the moment we walked onto the property. Our apartment was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Good shower water pressure. Strong WiFi. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy check in/out. Great way to spend the night while walking the Via di Francesco trail.

    Wonderful location overlooking the city. Cute apartment, very friendly host. I arrived late and Rita called to the castle and made sure I was able to eat. They served me a wonderful meal. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe. Great experience

    Such an amazing find! We had a wedding to attend in the area and are so glad we found this gem in Arrone! Really cute apartment with cooking and washing facilities and the most amazing balcony with a beautiful view of the village and surrounding area. So nice to have our breakfast out on the terrace!! Rita was extremely helpful with recommendations and advice and we wished we could have stayed for longer!
