It has everything we needed for our stay to feel welcome and at home. The hostess Valentina is simply amazing! She recommended restaurants, shops and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Very clean, plenty of space, all the amenities, glassware, cookware, etc. Very quiet area, central, plenty of parking space across the road. Very welcoming host, very helpful and friendly. Very close to Ski Areas - 10 min drive, also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. House was very spacious, with plenty of storage space, and had everything you needed to live in, even for an extended period of time. Cleaning wise, it was immaculate. Everything was clean and looking brand new. We were extremely happy with this accomodation and will definitely book again if we ever come back to this area.

Nice view of the lake and probably the best value for money on Como lake in my opinion. The hotel is practically new and everything is just as expected: clean, comfy and cozy. Considering that the building is more than 300 years old I love how they kept many interior details untouched. Regardless of everything inside being high-tech and modern equipped, you get the vibe of the late baroque or early renaissance that come from these details. The location is perfect, there are bars and restaurants around the hotel and across the street by the lake. Also there is city of Lecco, which is a big enough city to get you anything you might left back home before your trip. And than there is Andrea, the manager of the hotel that I can't thank enough for making our stay as best as possible. We might have been high-maintenance guests at a few moments, but he fixed our “touristy challenges” like a pro :) For the last part, the one thing that will stay rooted in memories was the piano that plays music by itself. If you stay there, you should hear and see that thing playing. It's an experience for itself.

A huge apartment. We were able to check in a little earlier than normal check-in time. The owner was very helpful and made sure we got in. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean and cosy. Tea and coffee making facilities were great, and there were also cafes next to the building.

Apartment was good prepared for the guests. Our Host prepared nice and useful note about apartment itself and surrounding (views, stores, restaurants etc.) From our perspective place contains everything we need +. Our host was very nice and responsive, so we never felt like being alone with our questions. Thank you Fabrizio for everything!     Rossana and Franco are amazing hosts, sweet, warm people and very caring 😍 We had a crazy event at Stelvio pass (bus stuck on tunnel ahead of us) causing a big delay to our arrival till 4AM and they were super accommodating and helpful, thank you again! The apartment is spacious and adorable! Amazing cake made by Rossana that our girls loved! Great dark blinds for windows were awesome! We loved their hospitality and our stay:)

    Elena was very flexible, altough we arrived very late from Milano she waited for us the give the keys of the apartment. The apartment is brand new and the layout of the rooms and bathrooms makes possible for families with children to have a relaxed stay. I wish next time I could stay here for a couple of days.

    Great location, very clean, modern kitchen and bathroom with 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Good communication from hosts. Lovely small town with little supermarket opposite and pizzeria 2 minute walk. Free parking 2 minute walk away from apartment, but plenty of road space to unload at the apartment first.

    Everything was great. A very nice clean apartment, perfect place for an overnight stay, equipped with all stuff you may need to feel comfortable. Friendly and hospitable hosts. We stayed there for a night during our trip around the Como lake. We could not find any open restaurant in the neighborhood on Tuesday night. To our great surprise all of them were closed. So we just got pizzas to take away and enjoyed them in this cosy apartment.

    Tiny pretty apartment in Ballabio. Perfect for us! Very clean and quiet and we could had a quiet night of sleep. The hosts were very kind and gave us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment.. totally recommended for a short stay!
