Beautifully renovated apartment made it a superb stay for our family. We were able to easily cook one night and it’s also close to the convenience store and the train station. We really enjoyed our time in La Spezia and staying at the G&A apartment.

The communication with the host prior to my arrival was excellent. When arrived, Giulia was there to give me the key, she was very kind and professional. The apartment is located two blocks from the train station, making it perfect to explore this beautiful part of Italy. It was quiet, super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I can only put a 10, if I could I would rate them even more than that, I totally recommend this place!!!

The place was another home far from home. It was equipped with all we needed. Especially the kitchen. The area is quiet and parking was no problem. We also used the bus which is very near to the house. The owner was helpful and prompt to answer any questions regarding the area.

Martha's apartment is just amazing. Not only is the apartment perfectly located, very clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, but staying with Martha is like staying with a dear friend. Great apartment where everything is perfect! The apartment is located on the 1st floor - it's very convenient! The apartment is designed for 6 people. 2 rooms for 3 beds. Each room has a double bed and a comfortable single sofa bed. You will be pleasantly surprised by the design and soft velor velvet walls at the head of the bed. All rooms in the apartment can be closed. The first room is closed by a beautiful sliding partition wall, and there is a door to the bedroom.

This feels like a hidden gem in paradise. We booked this property for the beautiful terrace which is the star of the show, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or wine in the evenings. We were pleasantly surprised how great the rest of the property was too, it has pretty decor and is so clean and tidy, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has two bathrooms, a bedroom and a pull out sofa bed - so ideal if you are friends and want a room each. The property is well equipped with kitchen equipment if you want to self cater and the bathrooms had full size toiletries too. It’s within steps of the train station and a short walk to the main part of town and harbour. Our host was so helpful and friendly, and on hand via WhatsApp if we needed help with anything. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Excellent location and view. Best balcony in Riomaggiore! Beautiful sunlight in the morning, and the setting sun is reflected on the buildings opposite the apartment in the evening. Really enjoyed our time there.
