The reception was in the Lowenhof hotel just at the opposite side of the street (which is OK), where the amazing breakfast took place. They were extremely helpful, especially by suggesting and providing the free Brixencard - which saved us lots of money at the Plosebahn. They did not have to do that, it was quite lots of work for them, but did it anyway which is greatly appreciated. Also, there's a nearby supermarket.

Everything! the room; the balcony; the view; the bed; the large bathroom and wonderful shower; the kitchenette and wonderful coffee machine and Illy coffee. The incredible local Tisane included. Barbara at reception was amazing and so friendly and helpful before and during the stay. Parking is free and on site and the walk into town along the river was short and beautiful. There is even a Eurospar just across the river. We can not imagine ever staying anywhere else in beautiful Bressanone. We will see you again Resience Nives!

We had a lovely stay, convenient location as it is 7 min from the city center. Ticket to the swimming pool and city pass are included, we enjoyed our time to discover it :) Perfect night on a very comfortable mattress, 100% recommended !

Beautiful place! We loved the room and location. You can really see they thought about a lot of little details to make hiking/skying as comfortable ad possible. We loved the balcony as well. The place was just 5 minutes away from the city center and 15 minutes from Plose cable cars. We found the room a little hot at night so we asked for a ventilator, they put it in our room which was lovely.

    The apartment was superb! Really well laid out and top quality finishing. We had a corner apartment with a big veranda and a view of the mountain. The owner and staff were super nice. I can highly recommend this place! There is a bus just outside that takes you down to the city center in 3-4 minutes.

    This was a very modern apartment beautifully decorated. Had everything you could need appliance wise and comfortable. Lively during the day and quiet at night. A real gem! The area is great for exploring and right next to the bus stop for exploring further afield. I really loved this place and would 100% recommend to others!

    Great location near to a supermarket and a great restaurant. Only a 10 - 15-minute walk into the city. Excellent value for money. The room was a small-ish studio, with everything one needs for a short stay, clean and well-kept. Very friendly host.

    Modern apartment with good appliances and all the utensils you may need. Free underground parking. Self check-in at any time. The bedroom has doors, so it can be separated from the living room (the kids slept in the living room). A supermarket, a bakery, and some restaurants are nearby. The complementary Brixen card gives you free access to the Aquarena, and the Ritten cable car.
