The apartment was the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, the view for every morning coffee was breathtaking, it had everything we needed including washing machine, all kitchen facilities, umbrella and chairs for the beach, everything! The owners Salvatore and Maria are amazing, very kind and nice, welcomed us with coffee, gelato and cooled wine in the fridge 🥰 and one more surprise gift that I’ll never forget and will be forever grateful! I couldn’t recommend it more! ❤️

Nice quiet village. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful beach and there were Flamingoes in the lagoon for the week. Right next to a supermarket, a nice cafe for breakfast and a bar for an evening drink. The apartment was very tidy and nicely decorated. Within driving distance of many amazing beaches and for easy day trips into Olbia.

We stayed at this lovely aparthotel as a family with our 2-year-old daughter, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The residence is beautifully and tastefully decorated – not the usual bland or generic furnishings you often find elsewhere. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and arranged with a great eye for style and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens, and the entire apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-organized. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided us with a fantastic baby welcome pack, which included a crib, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub – and even a sweet little gift for our daughter, which was such a thoughtful touch. The common areas are well-maintained, and the pool is absolutely beautiful. There’s also a lovely jacuzzi, perfect for some relaxation. We especially appreciated the children’s play area – a great addition that made our daughter very happy and added to the family-friendly atmosphere. They were also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone – especially families traveling with young children! A special thanks to all the team at reception, and especially to Astrid, who was always available and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Europe!

    The house was comfortable clean and spacious. Nice view and outdoor area. Walking distance to beach. Very nice beach club with excellent restaurant. Pleasant walks in both directions through pine forest to Porto Ottiolu or along beach. Nearby small lake with flamingos. The beach was lovely with beautiful water and small water sport rental for paddle boards and boat excursions. Our host was extremely personable and available for any questions and dealt with any issues immediately.

    Nice apartment for family, there was everything what we needed. The garden is not large but we appreciated it a lot, through noon there was a pleasant shadow so the kids could stayed outside. Everything was like we'd expected from photos and informations from Booking.

    Beautifully decorated, had everything you need from a self catering apartment. Ideal for young families as the pool and beach are close by. Great socialising space to enjoy dinners outside if you wanted, bbq option, lots of grassy enclosed area for kids to play on the property. Pasquale and Michele were wonderful hosts, go above and beyond for their guests. We look forward to coming back again.

    Very comfortable, modern apartments. The pictures almost seemed too good to be true, but this is exactly what the accommodation looks like. Also the hosts were very nice and helpful. The communication with them was very smooth prior and during the stay. It was perfect!

    Sant' Anna makes the perfect location for a beach holiday for couples or with small children being on the outskirts of budoni. The apartment covers most things you would expect to find in a self catering home. Note the small print about extra costs for sheets and towels, which we found a little weird especially having a plastic cover on the mattress. The rooftop terrace is nice to relax on in the evenings and the covered entrance is cool to enjoy lunches in the hot midday sun.
