    Beautiful apartment, very nice hosts! We loved our stay in Calasetta, especially because of this place with a view on the sea. Great localization, few minutes from the beach.     The location was very close to the beach( sandy and rocky) and the city center. The condominium of the location was well maintined. We had several requests that were handled in time. It has a nice outside balcony where we had few meals. There was free public parking space.

    We spent a wonderful week in Sardinia. Since we arrived very late in the evening for the Easter holidays, the owner of the apartment was waiting for us. He awaited us with water, home-made fruit and very tasty cookies. The apartment is completely renovated, comfortable and very clean. Internet works fast enough. I recommend the apartment to all guests.

    The property is well located at walking distance of all main points of interest. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The apartment was super clean and communication with Fabio was really smooth. The rooms are even bigger than on the pictures and you cannot find a place more well equipped than this one! Everything you need and can think of is available in this place. Air conditioner is also a great plus! I highly recommend this place for your stay in Calasetta!

    The apartment is real neat, clean, and awesome. The bedrooms are nicely furnished, and the kitchen's fully equipped. Our stay was great. There's just one AC unit, but there are two strong fans to circulate the cool air, if necessary. We enjoyed the two nearby beaches (one's sandy) within a 5-minute walk. You can easily walk to get groceries too
