Staying at Casa Neva definitely exceeded my expectations in every way! The apartment is very spacious for two (or possibly even three) guest. The kitchen was well-equipped with even a welcome drink and some snacks! Additionally the Casa is located very close to the esplanade (max. 10 mins by foot) but far enough to comfortably sleep without loud noises. All in all, the house was very clean and a part of a bigger complex of a very polite and nice family which asked us multiple times how we were doing and if everything was fine. Outside, the apartment offers space to hang out and have an aperitivo (with great view) and with two deck chairs. Lastly, there is also free private parking. I would definitely recommend this place and would choose it again if I am in Cannobio

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed – and even more. Super well located, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just steps away. And even though it’s right in town, it was super quiet and perfect to relax. Private parking was a big bonus too. We had the honor of being the very first guests, so you might not see many reviews yet – but trust us, if you choose this place, you’ll be in great hands. Elisena is just the sweetest host – super friendly, warm, and full of good vibes. Always with a smile and truly doing everything with so much love. You can really feel it. Grazie mille! ❤️🇮🇹

We had an unforgettable stay in this amazing apartment right in the heart of Luino! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect: two cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area — everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is a real highlight — just steps away from the lakefront, excellent restaurants, and shops. Everything is within easy walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was really clean and modern and had everything you needed. Even though it was situated on the top floor under the roof, the living room and kitchen were really large and spacious. Location was great, right in the centre of Luino close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the waterfront. The hosts were also really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for the surrounding area.

Beautifully decorated and appointed modern apartment with everything we needed for our short stay to Lake Maggiore. Stunning views across the lake, fabulous balconies and a short 15 minute walk down into the lovely town that has great pizzerias. We'd highly recommend a visit to Alice Beach too (1 hour drive south). Thank you for a wonderful stay and the surprise gifts on arrival were perfect!

    We loved our stay here. Coming from California, we found the apartment's location ideal, as we could easily walk to the lake and the town. We had our own parking space. Despite being centrally located, it was very quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and we cooked most of our meals. The owner/manager was very helpful and always responded promptly whenever we contacted him via WhatsApp.
