This property is perfect in every way. Close to everything, the bed was so comfortable, toiletries supplied. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge. I could not fault anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Rating: 12/10. These are truly excellent, new, and impeccably clean apartments—actually even better than in the photos! Everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Mario is incredibly attentive and caring. The apartments combine the comfort of home with the luxury of a five-star hotel. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks, and there were coffee and breakfast bites provided as well. The bathroom amenities were complete, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. There’s a delicious local pizzeria nearby, and just up the stairs across the street, there’s a small shop. A special thanks for the delightful evening surprise! I highly recommend staying with Mario—you won’t regret it.

We loved every single thing about this apartment. First of all the staff was amazing, so kind, so nice. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures on booking. It was super clean, and the air con was also already on as it was so warm outside. She provided a cot for our little one as well. She made us two cakes ( which were delicious), there was juice, milk and water in the fridge. I loved the place so much, would definitely recommend it to everyone going around Rome. 100 out of 100, truly happy.

Everything!!! The apartment is so beautiful and well equipped! Very close to Ciampino airport and only a short drive from Rome! The hosts were amazing, they even accomodated for us a late check in!     A beautiful apartment with fantastic view of lake and within easy reach of Castel Gandolfo piazza. We could walk down to the lake in about 20mins and hike back up at the end of the day (99m elevation over approx 1.8km distance) so we left the car parked at the property for most of our stay (car came in handy for supermarket shop). The layout of the property was great plus a lovely balcony. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

    Perfect setting, couldn't believe I found such a gem! (if it's good enough for the pope...) 10 min walk to the train station to get to Rome Termini in 40 mins, fantastic restaurants on your doorstep, all the amenities you could want in a self catering apartment.

    Place is well equipped. It had an amazing terrace with a wonderful breathtaking view. The flat is super spacious and each bedroom having its own fully equipped bathroom. It has all you need. Decor is nice and functional. Castel Gandolfo is an amazing place and the apartment cannot be more central than it is. It leads to the main square and there are ample nice cafes, charming bars and nice restaurants close by.

    The location was perfect and the view is stunning! I have changed 3 apartments during this holiday and none of them can beat the cleanliness of Il Bianconido. The flat it less than 10min walk from il centro storico and about 20 min from the marina. The location is great and it was also very quite at all times of the day, which meant we slept well during the night and also enjoyed an afternoon nap if needed.Our stay was so comfortable and the owners were professional and polite :)
