The location of the place is excellent because you are near the lake (5 min walk). The lake is beautiful and there are supermarkets nearby. Samantha gave us a great tip for parking which was very helpful. In addition, Samantha was a really kind person who helped us in the process of check-in and check-out. I love this type of check-in where you only need a code to enter the apartment, in case you want to visit Milan before going to Lecco and check in later. Overall we loved our stay. They also left us a present due to some work they were doing in the kitchen (which we did not notice btw). That was really sweet. I also loved the design of the rooms, they are cozy and beautiful.

Comfortable and very spacious one bedroom flat. Perfect location, right in the city centre of Lecco, short walking distance to the train station. The host is very friendly and available for any questions or needs you may have!! In the flat you will find everything you need for your stay. We had days of very heavy rain and cold weather and the flat was at a very nice temperature! We will come back!

Apartment was good prepared for the guests. Our Host prepared nice and useful note about apartment itself and surrounding (views, stores, restaurants etc.) From our perspective place contains everything we need +. Our host was very nice and responsive, so we never felt like being alone with our questions. Thank you Fabrizio for everything! Excellent location right in the heart of Lecco shopping streets, but very quiet when the windows are closed. Lovely inner courtyard terrace. Easy access to the train station only five minutes on foot, with trains to Milan every hour. Only 5-10 minutes to good restaurants and the lake, with direct ferries to Bellagio. Clean and tidy apartment with good facilities everything you needed. Lots of helpful guides for the local area and beyond. Excellent greeting by the host with an extra treat of a bottle of wine already chilled in the fridge. Many thanks for a fabulous stay.

Great apartment centrally located in a lovely town with shops, restaurants and pubs nearby, the lake just a short walk away. Everything was new, immaculately clean and fresh. Amazing views when we opened our windows in the first morning. Super equipped kitchen. Hosts were very responsive and helped us with queries throughout our stay too.

The property was located on the Lecco lake and very close to the shopping streets and restaurants. From the balcony you can see a bit of the lake. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and an en-suite wash room with everything you need for washing clothes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the little bag with shower gel, shampoo and body cream left for every guests on their bed.Everything was clean and tidy. The big flat screen TV with Netflix etc, was one of the nice extras. Our host Alessandro was excellent and deserve a five star rating. He was always reachable by phone and extremely helpful. He speaks very good English and goes the extra length for his guests. We needed an extra set of keys on the one occasion and he specially brought it to us in the city when we couldn’t meet him at the accommodation. We also forgot some jacket’s in the one closet that he kindly mailed to us the next day. His friendly and professional manner was greatly appreciated. All in all a great stay!

I like the location which is in the heart of city but rather far from train station.It's about 10 minutes walk. The room is well equipped and spacious and there are another bed room in upper floor but we did'nt use it. The apartment owner is friendly and so kind. He kept communicate with me all the time and make me feel easy to check-in and gave the information how to travel around in nearby cities. There is grocery store nearby.

    The location of the flat is excellent being on the high street and a short walk from the railway station. The decoration of the penthouse is high quality and has a luxurious feel. The host was very helpful and helped to carry the bags up the stairs - thank goodness. There are beautiful views of the mountains and the rooftops.

    It’s a beautiful studio apartment right in the center of Lecco. It’s designed and decorated in a good taste with a great attention to details- I really liked staying there! The bed was big and comfortable and so was the bathroom. Definitely a very tempting option when visiting Lago di Como again.

    We were the first guests in this newly furnished apartment. Aurela is an excellent hostess. She has a great taste of home styling and the apartment is tastefully decorated. She was thoughtful and even kept some toys for our 2 year old to play with. The apartment is very close to the Lecco train station as well as city centre. It’s well equipped and perfect for a short stay in Lecco.

    Nothing the appartment in found on the 4th floor of a condominium and you never indicated that The bedroom was poorly heated There was no change of beddings just 1 pair of linens for 9 days Change of bath towels had to be demanded and imwas available after 3days No clear direction/place for disposal of plastic refuse The worst was that we got confronted by neighbours with instructions that after midnight you can't use the washroom or take a shower Last the bed is not good please change it Thank you
