We really enjoyed our time at the Residence, the host is very welcoming and helpful. The surrounding is quite, with a stream nearby and it is very clo se to the city center. Everythin was spotless clean and the swimming pool is amazing with a great view. You can park comfortably at the residence. Very much recommended!

Everything! I really recommend this place! It was our 2nd time in Sibenbras and it was as amazing as the 1st time. It’s really beautiful. It has a very nice garden full of lemons and other plants with fruits and vegetables. There is an infinity pool that you can enjoy when it’s hot. While cold, you can go to sauna and enjoy views of the garden or Garda lake. There is enough space to play with children around, so it’s a big plus. Also, the playground is very nearby, so if your child is bored with playing on the grass or in the swimming pool, you can go up few meters to play there. In addition, Gianpaolo is all the time working at the place to make it nicer and comfortable for everyone who comes. It has changed a lot during a year…lots of new plants, a lift etc. The place is very well located. It’s close to the center of Limone, promenade and beach. And at the same time very quiet. Apartments are very nicely designed and finished. All clean and like new! I wish my home looked like that. Moreover, they have everything you need. Including amazing olive oil done by Gianpaolo. You can buy it to take home if you like it. We took few liters every time we were there. Really recommend it! The host, Gianpaolo and his family are super friendly and make your stay so nice that you feel like you stayed at family not at hotel, but at the same time they give you all the space you need to enjoy your stay! We’ve had an amazing breakfast every day. Really worth its price! We recommend it! It has lots of fruits, home made cakes and other pastries, fresh orange juice, good coffee and huge choice of teas, you can get eggs the way you want and you can try different cheeses and hams, salami with some veggies. All very nice quality! I guess everyone can find something there. Plus, the staff working there is super friendly and helpful! Everyone was so nice! And the views to the lake/mountain are amazing. You can sit either outside or inside and enjoy your perfect holidays.

    Very friendly host. the location close to the lake is superb, private access to the lake is some 50 m from the apartment. The apartment was fully meeting our expectations for a pleasant stay of a big family (2+3). We typically do not watch TV on holidays, however Netflix was a pleasant bonus.

    Really nice apartment house, with all what you need. Everything was clean, there was nice balcony were we can have our breakfast and a lot of places outside with grilles, tables and outdoor kitchen. There is nice, warm pool which can be used even when it is raining and our kids used a lot the playground. We really appreciate a special place where we can put our bicycles and also availability of washing machine and drying machine. Lot of actives, hikes and cycling routes in this area.

    The location is perfect, there are restaurants, gelateria and a very good grocery very near. There are no crowds, it is calm and the amazing nature is very near. Perfect place for people coming for hiking, and climbing. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean, beds are comfortable. We got at the beginning some useful information and maps with hiking routes and some interesting places to visit.

    A beautiful and quiet place with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Close to the beach. There is a cafe on the ground floor and a grocery store next door. The owner is very nice, helpful and gave us a lot of useful information about places and attractions to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us. I just felt at home here. The apartment is luxurious, equipped with everything you need. Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back again 😊
