We had a fantastic time at this apartment. It was clean, large enough for 4 of us to be comfortable and very close to the beach. Air con in livingroom, wifi, and all kitchen essentials were available. There's a bar right underneath, making fresh pastries and snacking foods daily (really cheap) small supermarket a few shops down, and the beach across the road has 2 food trucks daily in the summer. Mondello Beach is a 20 min walk or 5 min bus ride from across the road. Palermo 30 min bus drive from the same side of the road. The host was lovely and kept in touch throughout our time there, nothing was an issue for her, we had a wonderful time there. We will surely be back.

Superb location near the city center. 10 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo and Via Roma. Next door is small grocery store and bakery with good coffee and pastry. 7 minutes away Conad supermarket , a lot of food points near the apartment. 5 minutes away - small marketplace there is everything - Capo mercato- fresh fish, fruits, local cuisine points. Apartments renovated, fully equipped kitchen, air condition, milk, water and cofee machine. About the Hosts - they are really good people, who wants to make your stay in Palermo very comfortable and unforgettable. Big thanks to Fabrizio and his family!)

    We loved the style of the apartments. Very comfortable and easy to clean. Enough space for four adults. The garden was gorgeous and our balcony was a great space to relax or eat. It was perfect for us. Roberto is an excellent host. Responds quickly and positively to queries but gives you plenty of space.
