I like the position next to Mercato Allbilini in the centre of the old city. I like the registration of the car allowing us to park in the restricted zone. spacious apartment with lots of little amenities. we will use it again.

Second time I have been there. Apartment is 10 min away by foot from Modena city entre but still quiet. Hosts are mega friendly and provide valuable Tipps where to go. In a beautiful historical building, the apartment is stunning, very unique and quirky, it is in fact even more gorgeous and looks more spacious than on the pictures. Very bright, a lot of old charming features but with all the modern comfort, splendid decoration, art pieces and furniture and nice views over the roofs. Spotless clean. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and very functional kitchen. And the elevator was very handy. The location couldn’t be better. literally a few meters away from Osteria Francescana and a few minutes walk from everything in Modena. we also easily walked to there from the train station. Check in was super easy and Francesca was nice and helpful, she also gave us nice recommendations and helped us book a taxi for our way back. we would definitely come back here and will recommend it to friends.

    This apartment was an absolute gem. The space is huge, in a phenomenal location only a couple of minutes to Square. This would have to be one of the cleanest holiday apartments I've booked, and we'll definitely be back. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed including a fully stocked bathroom. They have a coffee machine and delicious pods, and a full kitchen should you wish to use it. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, and the beds are very comfortable, especially if you have a bad back.

    Beautifully decorated spacious apartment in a great location, right around the corner from Osteria Francescana. Owners were very efficient with communication and service at all hours. We had to change rental cars and they were able to get us an updated car permit within 48 hours notice of arrival. The toilet flush got stuck and was continuing to run. Despite it being in the evening, within 2 hours they sent someone to fix it. Very happy with our stay here.

    A large and very modern apartment. The hosts have cameras at the entrances and they can open the doors remotely. There's a parking right outside the apartment. The place is super clean and has a modern feel. The card for the trash container was provided! The aircon worked flawlessly. The kitchen is exemplary, fantastic, a dream of a cook.

    (Important to note that there are two apartments in this listing - The large Apartment A, located across the hall is lovely with a patio, the other, Apartment B is a small studio). We stayed in the studio where liked the location, the cleverly designed little cabinet-kitchen, the new bathroom fixtures, and great shower. The WiFi was excellent as was the new flat screen Smart TV. The host was very cordial, and immediately addressed any issues.

    We loved staying at Loft Albinelli! The apartment is spacious, clean & everything works well. The check in process was really easy, as the host met us at the apartment. The location is fantastic, as it's right in the middle of a great part of town, yet is peaceful & quiet. The views from over the city roofscape was so beautiful! It was also very handy having a washing machine to wash our clothes!
