Ideal place for a couple to spend a few nights in Monopoli. Very central location - once you walk outside you are met with bars, cafes, restaurants, and historical sites within 30 seconds. Porto Antico is right around the corner and Spiaggia Cala is about a 7-8 minute stroll away. The balcony is a great spot for a morning caffe or evening glass of vino, or even to take in a little afternoon sunshine. Ruggero the host is incredibly friendly, always willing to help with anything, and gave us some great restaurants tips for an amazing seafood dinner.

Nice small apartment with very nice Signora Franca welcome 🤗 - little snacks, fruits, water in the fridge made our arrival warm. Nice little balcony overlooking the old city street, rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Comfy bed, very clean.

We had a fantastic stay in Monopoli! The accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and newly renovated. The property itself is beautiful, with a great pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. It was centrally located, making it an ideal base to explore the nearby towns and beaches. Ralu and Pierluigi were outstanding hosts—so warm and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Each morning, they prepared a delicious breakfast using fresh local produce, which was such a lovely touch. Their hospitality truly made our stay in Monopoli memorable. Highly recommend!

    Lovey apartment in Monopoli Old Town. Plenty of space for a couple for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable and we had all the facilities we needed. Carla was incredibly friendly and helpful. would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Monopoli for a few days

    Very good situation near everything, restaurants, beach.... Beautiful view from the apartment. Very clean and you have everything you need in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. The owner was very kind to us and even helped us with our luggage and told us a place where to park free just 5 minutes walk from the flat. Thank you for everything!

    This is the most incredible beach house and was the highlight of my wife’s and my honeymoon in Puglia. The pictures don’t do the beauty justice and Francesco and Porzia and incredible hosts. Even though it’s an apartment rental, they helped us make reservations and feel like locals. If I could give this a 12/10, I would. Thank you Francesco and Porzia!

    We got a whole flat with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, location is great as it is just a couple of minutes to the beach and to the city center, wifi was fast and was easy to get on to, modern apartment, easy access to Carrefour in the neighborhood

    The apartment is located 100 m from the Monopoli train station, from there you can easily travel to Polignano a Mare, Bari, Ostuni, Brindisi and Lecce. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated, beautiful, modern style. But the best about this rental is not the flat.. The family who owns it is the most welcoming, most flexible and most generous we have ever come across! We have travelled a lot, but B.'s hospitability is unmatchable! We cannot thank her enough for her generosity!
