The apartment is very well located and equipped. The terrace, where we ate breakfast and spent evenings after dinner, offered a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The center is a short walk away, and the bus stop, which connects the beach and airport, is a 3-minute walk away. The host was very kind and helpful. We had a flight before 4 PM and could have easily stayed longer in the apartment at no extra charge.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful home. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment is stunning — beautifully and tastefully decorated with a refined sense of style and great attention to detail. It truly had everything we could need. The comfort of the rooms and the spacious terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. Both bedrooms were cozy and spacious, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped. The high-quality linens and towels added an extra touch of luxury. My husband, our daughter, and I felt completely at home. One of the highlights was the host — incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. His warm welcome and thoughtful touches made a big difference. We also appreciated the personal charm added by the host’s own artwork throughout the space — a beautiful reflection of his artistic spirit. The location is just perfect: right in the heart of Olbia, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. I had read a great review before our visit, and I can confirm every word of it. We’re already recommending this place to our friends and would love to come back ourselves.

    Olbia Loft is very central , within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The studio was located on a quiet street with lots of bus stops close by 10 minutes to the airport and buses to go to the various beaches.

    Great modern apartment with everything you need, a walking shower with good water pressure, and a lovely kitchen. Very close to the supermarket and bus stop. Town centre walking distance around 25 minutes

    The apartment was very neat and tidy. It was great for a short stay in Oblia. It was walking distance to Corso Umberto Olbia, the water, Supermarket, public trains and buses plus the huge variety of cafes, restaurants and gelato shops. You are able to cook your own meals. Piero has supplied pots and pans and some cooking utensils. Piero goes out of his way to accommodate you. A very caring outgoing guy.

    Andrea was the perfect host and could not have made our stay any better. Nothing was too much he always maintained contact via WhatsApp. Our apartment was great with a large lounge studio and a large double bed. Cleaned every day with towel and linen changed through the week. Even in May the pool was great with beds, chairs and tables. The location is central off a side street within walking distance and was quiet.
