Friendly staff, excellent location and a comfortable room; what more could one need. We only stayed one night in beautiful Parma and we would most certainly stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati again. We loved it. Also, the option to leave our luggage after we checked out was wonderful.

This is a really new and well thought out establishment. Fredrico is an absolute star. We got into a bind with our lack of Italian and needed some help and he was so kind. Good cafes, great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk. Parking is mostly paid and watch out for the early morning street markets or you could end up having your car towed.

Modern and very comfortable apartment on a great location. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. Rooms are very tastefuly decorated, the bathroom was big, beds were comfortable. There was also a washing machine. Location was great, in the middle of the main happening in Parma. The apartment is very easy to find and park. Check-in is easy with pass code sent by the host. Inside you will find EVERYTHING that you might ever need. The fridge and kitchen are ULTRA packed with excellent typical food like salumi, cheese, sweet juices, drinks etc.. super equipped. Never seen something like that before - WOW ! Bathroom is 100% supplied with items. If you are near Parma, then you want to stay here. If I can I would give 10.5 points.

    I love everything about this place. Self check-in and the instructions were smooth. A walking distance from the train station. Close to everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive..I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Parm for a short stay. She even had a bottle of water in the fridge and some welcoming candies too the apartment has everything you need to stay.

    Great location, nice host, the apartment is just out of the main centre of Parma but very very close, so it was great for walking. We brought a car with us and had to park it in a car elevator which was great to be able to have a place to park our rental car in the city, rare in small towns in Italy. The car elevator is tiny so luckily so was our car.

    The host was very informative. She messaged me early in the morning with instructions on how to access the apartment, as it was in a bit of a tricky spot. We had no trouble finding it, and could access with ease. The apartment is clean, centrally located, and exactly as it was described. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Parma!

    We stayed at this nice flat for 4 nights to visit Parma and its surroundings. The welcome by the hostess was warm and the apartment was big. We appreciated the recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as the fact that the flat is facing the inner courtyard, a huge bonus considering that the street in front receives some traffic. The big asset of this flat is also its location, a 8-minute walk from the train station and the old Parma.

    An apartment/big studio in a very convenient location in the limits of Parma and the nicer part of town. Very clean and comfortable with restaurants, gelaterias, supermarkets and very close to Tardini stadium. Overall, quite ok for a solo trip but I could see how it could not be convenient for everyone (see below)
