    I love everything about this place. Self check-in and the instructions were smooth. A walking distance from the train station. Close to everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive..I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Parm for a short stay. She even had a bottle of water in the fridge and some welcoming candies too the apartment has everything you need to stay.

    Great location, nice host, the apartment is just out of the main centre of Parma but very very close, so it was great for walking. We brought a car with us and had to park it in a car elevator which was great to be able to have a place to park our rental car in the city, rare in small towns in Italy. The car elevator is tiny so luckily so was our car.

    The host was very informative. She messaged me early in the morning with instructions on how to access the apartment, as it was in a bit of a tricky spot. We had no trouble finding it, and could access with ease. The apartment is clean, centrally located, and exactly as it was described. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Parma!

    We stayed at this nice flat for 4 nights to visit Parma and its surroundings. The welcome by the hostess was warm and the apartment was big. We appreciated the recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as the fact that the flat is facing the inner courtyard, a huge bonus considering that the street in front receives some traffic. The big asset of this flat is also its location, a 8-minute walk from the train station and the old Parma.

    An apartment/big studio in a very convenient location in the limits of Parma and the nicer part of town. Very clean and comfortable with restaurants, gelaterias, supermarkets and very close to Tardini stadium. Overall, quite ok for a solo trip but I could see how it could not be convenient for everyone (see below)

    Officina 7 is very close to the heart of the city, 10 mins. walk. The condominium where the spacious apartment is located is quiet, the apartment is large for a 3-member family with 2 bathrooms. It was well-appointed with lots of amenities.
