This was an amazing place for the price. Seldom was a kitchen so well stocked and organized, so if you want to cook, no problem! The place was spotless, plenty of towels and the little heaters were effective heating up the bedrooms. We were greated in a gracious and very helpful way. As described the apartment is very central but still quiet. I hope I can return some day! Mille Grazie per tutto.

It's a short walking distance from the ferry. Bear in mind, Google map shows a wrong location up the beautiful steps. The apartment is just at the footsteps of the Arch. It's a one minute walk to the town square. Everything you need is available, such as a coffee machine to make an expresso, and soap and shampoo at both bathrooms. From the balcony, when you look down to the right, you see the beautiful arch and the footsteps. When you look towards the left, you will see visitors taking pictures of the arch. After doing the laundry, you can hang your clothes to dry on the balcony. Take a picture of them for memories.

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment was perfect for exploring the island (beaches and hiking) and Carloforte. The host, Peppe, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He provided everything we needed, from local tips to a clean apartment with a washing machine. We loved the island and the apartment! Peppe’s friendly communication and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place!

    The owner is very kind and caring. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. A quiet location by the sea suitable for relaxation. There is a pizzeria downstairs that has great pizzas - I recommend it.

    The apartment is beautiful! It stayed cool inside even when it was super hot outside and it has high ceilings so it felt spacious. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed - a small kitchenette, ac, umbrella for the beach, beach towels… It also has a lovely, comfortable terrace with nice lighting. The location is great, 1min walk from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. The owner was also easy to reach and helpful.
