Everything was perfectly cleaned and prepared for our stay. The equipment of the appartment was excellent - everything we needed for one night stay was on hand. Fabio is very friendly and explained all the needed information. And the breakfast at the cafeteria in the morning was great - we could even take it away as we rushed to the port at 7 am.

Amazing view from window, sea coast. Everything as in photos. You can cook breakfast for you, dinner from local market bought seafood. Super great! There are possibilities to sunbathe, swimming pool, swim in sea,just 5 minutes walk. Great location in Livorno, 1 min walk to bus stop to take you to Central station if need to go to Pisa or elsewhere. Communication with owner nice and easy, self check in super easy. We really enjoyed staying there! And we’re super sad to leave Livorno. 2 days are not enough.

We were only there for a few hours, checking in late from the train station and leaving early for the ferry, and it rained and hailed heavily in the night and morning. BUT, in other circumstances, we would have enjoyed the terrace and the space. Spotlessly clean with everything provided and comfortable. Livorno is much more spread out than we thought, but a bus from the station stops right outside, and there are food shops close by. A bus ride takes you to the port, or a 40 minute walk. Getting to the ferry without a car was a challenge but next time we know that there is a shuttle bus direct to the Corsica ferry. We would have been happy to stay longer in the flat, and would recommend it.

Letizia was extremely kind and supportive, answering all our questions or messages immediately. We appreciated the interaction and chats with her. The apartment and the villa are beautiful. The bathroom was extremely clean and kitchen well equipped. There is a store super close. I hope we'll go back there again one day.

    Train and the center of Quercianella was a 10 walk. Train from Florence literally drops you off really close to the apartment. Bus is right across the street if you want to explore other beaches. The accommodation was easy to find. Well equipped with/everything you need. The owner is very attentive and lives adjacent to the property. He even drove me down to the little center of town one morning before I got oriented. Excellent value for the $$.

    A wonderful apartment in a quiet location but close to the seafront, restaurants, supermarket and the train station. The owners were very friendly and helpful especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We loved our short stay there and hope to return.
