The apartment was small but very clean and contained everything we needed, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The highlight was the location. Beautifil Beach infront and the apartment was right in the shopping mall with easy access to restaurants and cafes.

Nice location, 8min walk from beach. Really friedly host. He shared with us a lot of places! We would have missed Moto GP that took place in San Marino the weekend we stayed there but he shared that with us randomly. Bunch of places to visit close by. We stayed 8 person in total for a week and we would come back next time!

The location is great 5 mins walk from the bustle of Via Dante but in a quiet residential area. 10 minutes walk from the beach. We were working from the apartment - Wifi connectivity was great, Smart TV so we could watch all of our subscription channels. Newly refurbished with modern decor and new equipment. Emiliano was very responsive to our requests and gave us a lift to the station on departure. We borrowed bicycles several times form the related hotel.

    The host is super nice, helpful and accommodating. Excellent location near the beach. Very close to Riccione and Rimini centres. The apartment was clean and big enough for 3 persons. We were given an open ticket to visit a small water park during our stay and she gave us bicycles for free to go around.

    Excellent accommodation for groups travelling together who aren't looking for a purely beach holiday. Just of the motorway, you have great access to a large area of the east of Italy and San Marino. Beautiful terrace at back of the ground floor apartments with seating areas looking into small park. My studio apartment was very spacious, with a large bathroom. Given plenty of towels and toiletries, and was given a kettle on request. Laundry facilities were available - but I didn't need.
