Roberta was very kind and met us on time to give us the keys. She doesn't live nearby but is very easy to reach by text. She also very kindly provided bed linen and towels for us since we were traveling from abroad. Renzo, the friendly superintendent who lives in the upstairs apartment, is available to help you if you have any problems. The front terrace is a lovely place to sit in the evening sun. Very friendly host (Gigi), who explained the whole island to us (restaurants, beaches, shopping, wineries, etc.) - great guy! Our apartment was beautiful and well equipped.
