Apartment is amazing, very nice and new apartment, modern design, everything was clean, big and comfortable beds, we had 2 bathrooms (also super tidy). We were pleased with everything: communication, check-in process, apartment building, provided towels, shower gels and other small things, also good kitchen with coffee machine. There were also everything for clothes - washing machine, iron, big wardrobes. Thank you also for little gifts as juice, beer, snacks, which were also appreciated.

Santivo Apartments was everything I hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major sights, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in easy and offering great tips for local spots. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Location is ideal. Feet from the Spanish Step. Central to transportation, good restaurant options, a grocery store. I am an interior designer. Beautiful stores right outside front door. Safe to walk in every direction. The rooms very lovely. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette a blessing and just the right size. Air conditioning was nice, cool and self-controlled. Some television options in English. Nice view of courtyard and light filled spaces.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little hotel! Great central location but the rooms were so quiet. The staff were amazing, lovely simple breakfast and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. The host Pietro is very polite and responsive, he explained everything about the apartment to us and even gave us a recommendation for good restaurants to eat around. The apartment is located in a nice building. The bathroom is large. The bed was very comfortable and we managed to get a good night's sleep after the long walks in Rome. The kitchen has everything we need. The most convenient thing is that right in front of the apartment building is the B1 metro line, which takes you directly to Termini station, the center and the Colosseum. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

The apartment is very close to the metro station. Just 2 stops from Termini. The staff was very nice and alllowed us to check-in earlier. Everything was super clean and it’s quiet during the night as the windows are oriented to courtyard.

The apartment is lovely extremely modern, with a stunning coffee shop and Ice cream shop on the other side. The location is really good near a bus terminal and a train station 🚉 . Eden was extremely friendly and caring we definitely recommended absolutely top in my opinion.

    Very clean, spacious and renovated apartment in an authentic Italian condominium right near the metro station (just 5 min slow walking). We were very satisfied by the price/quality ratio. Apartment had everything we needed, from ironer, washing machine and multiple big towels to dishwasher and two air conditioners in each room. High ceilings and good view on the surroundings of Rome downtown with mountains far away. Just exceptional.

    The flat is super spacious! It is full of light and nicely decorated, with cool lofts with beds in two rooms. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. We arrived a couple of hours earlier, and it was not a problem to leave the bags in the apartment, which we were grateful for. It is located really close to the city center, but still it was nice and quiet for sleeping.

    Quiet Neighborhood but close to attractions with access to Bus and Metro Regional Trains, great hosts friendly and available. Lovely apartment, terrific penthouse lots of space and great views and access via loft also. Great restaurants and and also supermarkets close by.

The apartment is very well-equipped with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom amenities, in addition to being conveniently located in front of the train station. The condominium and neighborhood are very peaceful, with good shops nearby.
