Location and views are amazing! We had the best time exploring como area, and also just staying in the beautiful apartment which gave us perfect silence and isolation. Self check in was very comfortable. It is very close to the starting point of the greenway road on the lake como side, and to Lugano lake and the way to Switzerland on the other side. There is huge garden chairs and table to set outside and relax in the sun. Location is a bit hidden but worth going there. There is very nice Italian restaurant close by. Also close to a beautiful Campione D'Italia such breath taking place to see.
