The area was incredibly peaceful, and the house was wonderful. The hosts were amazing—very helpful and kind. We especially enjoyed having a BBQ in the garden, taking in the great views. Truly an exceptional experience!

We had a fantastic time, Florentina and Alexandra were super helpful, they are perfect hosts. The apartment is gorgeous, with a comfortable bed, good facilities and a good view. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice quality place, in a quiet location. 5 stars from us.

The apartment is wonderful. Close to both the city center and the bus station. Despite the summer heat, it is cool inside. The rooms are comfortable. The terrace adds a special coziness. The owner was very attentive. She met us to hand over the keys and tell us the details of using the apartment. She helped us with how to get from the bus stop to the city. She responded quickly to all our wishes. If I am in L'Aquila again, I will definitely choose this apartment.

    Rita's apartment is very cozy, clean and comfortable. There is everything you need to prepare simple dishes. You can adjust the room temperature. The beds are comfortable. It is possible to park the car near the house. There are several good restaurants in the village. Rita is a very pleasant and caring hostess. We felt at home in her apartment. I recommend this accommodation with all my heart.

    The views are gorgeous, the studio nice and clean with everything one needs, just a 5’ walk from the center of Santo Stefano. The road didn‘t bother us at all and we enjoyed the use of the Terrace of the apartment on the lower floor, which wasn‘t rented.
