We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Scandicci. The place was very spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was definitely a plus. Having the possibility to cook our own meals was very convenient, and the washing and drying machines really relieved the stress of traveling with dirty clothes. We also appreciated having an iron to help us look neat and presentable for our workshop. The information provided in the portfolio was clear and very useful. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend this apartment.

Great location of the apartment, near from tram station to Firenze, local shops were close. The apartment was clean, room with good bed and beutiful bathroom, balcony with small view. The host - Mrs Alina - was very helpful.

The house has a pretty big garden and a terrace on the second floor. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus some extras. The host was quick to respond. The house is about 10-15 min walk from the tram station that will take you straight to the heart of Florence. The area is also very nice. The AC worked great, temperature reached 36 C during our stay, but it was nice and cool inside the house. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, it felt very authentic to the region.

I rented the place because it was 15-20 minutes away by car from Florence. It's a quiet area, perfect for families, with friendly neighbors. I can say it exceeded our expectations. The house has two levels and includes all the necessary amenities. The host was very kind and left breakfast items in the kitchen, like pastries and milk. These little touches added great value, showing care for the guests who step through the door. I wholeheartedly recommend it. If I were to return to Florence, I would definitely choose this house again for my stay.

    Very hospitable and welcoming host who met us on time andeven left treats for us. Very well set out apartment including very good kitchen facilities. Place was very clean and well presented. Definately value for money. Location was good as close to bus station and tram stop to the centre of town. Host maintained contact throughout ensuring we had what we required.

    The instructions for check in were the best we have ever received, they were clear and detailed. The apartment was exactly like the pictures and was absolutely spotless. We enjoyed the location as it only took 20 minutes to get to Florence by tram which is only a few minutes from the apartment. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area which made it very easy to relax after a busy day sightseeing.

    That was the best rental apartment I have ever been to. Very clean, cozy, modern, and fresh. It has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The tram station is a couple of minutes away, and it is easy to get to the center of Florence.
