We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was beautifully and tastefully done, very neat and absolutely spotless—not a speck of dust! The hosts were kind, respectful, and very polite. We arrived much later than expected, and they had to wait for us, but they were very patient and understanding. We were very pleased with our stay. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful, clean, spatious and well equipped apartment in quiet neighborhood. There's a bus stop just around the corner with good and frequent connection both to Padua and Venice (€3,60 per person one way, line 53E) in case you don't like driving in the city. Every morning we really enjoyed the fresh pastries from the bakery across the street.

Bright, spacious, extremely clean appartement, totally equipped for our one-week holiday. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, mosquito net, several big cupboards, spacious bathroom - all made our stay very pleasant. The host, Giuseppe is very kind and do his best to help you around. Little cafes for breakfast are in 5-minute-walk distance, there are a mall and several huge supermarkets in 5-minute-drive. Venice's Piazzale Roma is for a 15-minute drive, highways are within easy reach, the place is a good start to explore the region (Verona, Padua, Vicenza, Noventa di Pieva Designer Outlet). Free car parking in front of the building. Some small gifts and cold water in the fridge were waiting for us, all were very kind of the host.

    The apartment is lovely and comfortable and equipped with everything you may need for even a longer stay. Conveniently positioned and at a walking distance to the railway station where you can take a train to Venice. The host Roberto was very helpful and always at disposal. We reaĺly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it.

    We had a great time in this spacious apartment. It is located outside the city crowd, but on the other hand, it is close to the train station, where you can reach Venice in 19 minutes. The advantage of this apartment is that it is located between Venice, Treviso and Padua, so you can get there quickly by car or train. The sea and beaches are a 40-minute drive away.

    Very, very quiet area. Free parking is available on the street in front of the building. The apartment is excellent, fully equipped, and perfectly clean. We were surprised and delighted with two bathrooms. The train station is on walking distance, and you need about 15 minutes by train to Santa Lucia station in Venice. There are a couple of restaurants and groceries in the neighbourhood. All recommendations for this accommodation.

    The accommodation was within walking distance to the trains going to Venice. There were good shops and restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking was available in front of the house. The apartment was spacious.

    Spacious apartment, 5 min from the train station that connects the area with Venice. There was a nice pizza restaurant across the street. Quiet neighborhood, with a lot of free parking places around.

    The conditioned air after long trip to Italy was the best. Apartment is very fancy , clean and comfortable. The “Pasticeria Bella Venezia” is the best breakfast place with delicious coffee and the best pizza in Italy is at “Pizzeria Da Dario”.

    I really liked the location. It is a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities around the corner. It was easy to reach Venice by a 20 minute train ride. The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice. The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon. Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance. It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. We had a glimpse of local life in Spinea.
